Tôm chiên là món ăn quen thuộc với nhiều người, song làm thế nào để làm mới món ăn với nguyên liệu tôm thì quả là một bài toán không dễ. Và đây chính là giải pháp cho bạn!
Tôm bóc vỏ, bỏ đầu, giữ đuôi, rạch lưng, rút chỉ đen. Rửa sạch rồi dùng khăn giấy thấm khô tôm. Ướp tôm với 1 muỗng cà phê rượu, gừng đập dập, 1 muỗng cà phê tiêu và 1/2 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm. Trộn đều và để chừng nửa giờ cho thấm.
Đập trứng lấy lòng trắng đổ ra chén, thêm 2 muỗng canh bột bắp vào hòa đều thành hỗn hợp bột nhão. Nêm vào 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối. Sau đó nhúng tôm vào hỗn hợp.
Cho mè trắng ra đĩa và lăn trứng qua để áo lớp mè lên tôm. Bắc chảo dầu lên bếp, chờ dầu sôi thả từng con tôm vào chên vàng đều. Vớt tôm ra đĩa có lót sẵn giấy thấm dầu cho sạch bớt dầu thừa.
Bày tôm tẩm mè chiên ra đĩa, dùng nóng, chấm kèm với tương ớt, sốt mayonaise hay nước mắm chua ngọt đều ngon.
