Khi bột gần được thì lấy chuối ra lột vỏ, cắt đôi theo chiều dọc rồi dùng bao nilon bọc lại, ép mỏng. Đun nóng chảo dầu, cho chuối đã nhúng bột vào chiên vàng rồi vớt ra cho ráo.
Sau đó tiếp tục nhúng chuối vào bột, rắc thêm mè đen lên trên và cho vào chảo chiên thêm lần 2 . Ngay khi bánh chín, vàng ương thơm lừng thì lấy chuối ra, để cho ráo dầu là có thể ăn được rồi nha.
