Chân gà nướng muối ớt cay thơm với những chiếc chân gà tẩm ướp đầy đủ gia vị sả, muối, ớt bột, hạt nêm, ... được nướng trong lò 10 phút rồi phết thêm sốt dầu hào, mật ong nướng tiếp 15 phút là được.
Chân gà rửa sạch, cắt bỏ móng. Trong chén nhỏ trộn đều ớt bột, ớt khô, sả băm, muối rang.
Cho vào nồi gồm chân gà, nước, cùng gừng và hành lá, đun sôi khoảng 10-12 phút là chân gà vừa chín. Đổ chân gà ra rổ để ráo.
Cho chân gà vào túi trút chén gia vị đã trộn vào xóc đều.
Làm nóng trước lò nướng ở 180 độ C tỏng 15 phút. Cho khay chân gà vào ngăn giữa lò nướng khoảng 10 phút. Sau đó lấy khay chân gà ra quét 1 lớp ốt dầu hào mật ong, rồi cho khay chân gà trở lại lò nướng 15 phút nữa là hoàn tất. Tắt lò lấy khay chân gà ra.
