Chuẩn bị nguyên liệu. Chúng mình đun nóng kem whipping ở khoảng 40 độ C. Sau đó, bẻ nhỏ chocolate rồi trộn chung với kem whipping, đun cho tới khi tan chảy. Đổ hỗn hợp kem whipping chocolate ra 1 chiếc bát. Tiếp đến, đặt bát kem vào âu đá, đánh hỗn hợp tới khi mịn.
Sau đó, chúng mình tách riêng lòng đỏ và lòng trắng trứng. Đánh bông lòng trắng trứng, thêm đường rồi đánh cho thật mịn. Mình trộn kem trứng vào với hỗn hợp chocolate. Cuối cùng, các bạn trộn hỗn hợp kem trứng tới khi quyện đều vào nhau là đã hoàn thành món mousse siêu hấp dẫn rồi đấy!
