Rửa sạch ớt chuông xanh, cà rốt, cà chua, dưa leo và bắp cải. Sau đó tiếp tục sắt nhỏ như hạt lựu với ớt chuông xanh, cà rốt và dưa leo. Cà chua và bắp cải thì cắt sợi nhỏ.

Sau khi làm xong bạn có thể cắt sandwich theo hình tam giác hoặc chữ nhật tùy ý và như vậy là đã hoàn thành món ăn nhẹ dinh dưỡng này rồi.
